Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List Opening Notice is hereby given that Northern Regional Housing Authority will open our waiting list for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program on Monday, January 22, 2018 at 8am and the waiting list will remain open until further notice. Applications will be available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8am – 12pm and 1pm – 4:30pm at: Northern Regional Housing Authority Office 525 Ranchitos Rd Unit 962 Taos, NM 87571 Completed applications will be accepted in person at the NRHA office, by fax at (575) 751-1175, or by mail; incomplete applications will not be processed. |

Welcome to the official website for the Northern Regional Housing Authority (NRHA). An amendment to the Regional Housing Law of Mexico, enacted in 2009, established the Northern Regional Housing Authority as one of three regional authorities in the state of New Mexico.
The Regional Housing Law structure in New Mexico is designed to standardize the delivery system for affordable housing development, affordable housing programs and services for families at the low and moderate-income levels throughout the rural areas of New Mexico.
